What you will do: Plan and manage development sprints, organizing and running scrum events such as standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning. Write detailed user stories, defining feature functionality and ensuring that acceptance criteria are clear and actionable. Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and team capacity, while balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals. Work closely with Product Manager, developers, designers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and push ideas into the development process. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring the development team is on track and meeting deadlines. Be a key liaison between the product and development teams, ensuring clarity on product direction and technical details. Maintain and manage project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Pivotal. What you will need: Experience: 2+ years of product ownership or project management experience, ideally in software development or fintech sectors. Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders. Intercultural communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is a strong advantage. Technical Skills: Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, Pivotal) to track progress, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with goals. Ability to understand technical concepts. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, comfortable with navigating and translating technical details for various audiences A strong personal fit with a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on opportunities rather than problems.
