Agile SCRUM

Back in the days, we adopted the SCRUM methodology and since then it has been the core that keeps us in sync. We believe it makes it easier for teams to be up to date with all the work everyone is doing on a project, especially when working remotely.

 

We have built all our working processes and habits with adherence to the Agile philosophy because all projects are dynamic and we need to adapt to change quickly in order to continue to deliver the best results.

Enhanced productivity

“How you do anything is how you do everything” - the phrase that Simon Hodges wrote a book about, we believe is very accurate. This is why we encourage our team to step out of their comfort zone and learn new things. For this purpose, we invented our “Friday Learning Day” practice when our time is booked for diving into new technologies, reading, research, and different workshops - both creative and technological.

Our working model of 4:1:2 - four days working, one-day learning, two days resting - has proven to have a positive impact on the performance of our team. This model also makes it easier for us to tap into our creativity and shift our perspective, which has proven to affect problem-solving skills for the better.

Self-development

We encourage everyone in our team to learn new technologies and we invest in tools and training programs to aid our team’s development.

 

Also, with remote work sometimes it’s hard to stay connected to people, so we have dedicated time for online lectures & workshops each Friday. This helps us stay up to date with the latest wins or problems our colleagues are having in and outside work and makes it easier for them to tap into their creativity.

Our teammates are our strongest assets. No person has succeeded alone, therefore we’ve established a fun and collaborative work atmosphere where we have our backs and achieve great things together.

 

We strive to establish a calm and productive environment for our team to work in. We respect each other’s opinions and differences and we also try to understand and help one another in every project.
